Justine McDermott
Justine is ahathinking’s Managing Director and principal Designer. Justine has extensive Corporate and Consulting experience which has provided her with a valuable perspective of how to affect change within Organisations. As well as designing products, Justine leads our Consulting Services Team.

Stephen Callow
Steve is ahathinking’s Finance and Operations Director. Steve has many years experience in business gained through successfully leading his own business. At ahathinking, Steve oversees the quality production of our successful programmes and process packages and co-ordinates their timely distribution to our Clients.

Online Survey Services Team
Greg leads our online Services Team and is our IT and online service guru. He’s also the person who manages our online survey service, and the guy who answers the surveyhelp@ahathinking.com emails and ensures our survey turn-around is fast and smooth.

Consulting Services Team
Our Consulting Services Team are located across Australia and New Zealand. All members of our Team are experienced professionals who have a minimum of 15 years experience and have held Leadership positions within Organisations. All individuals are accredited in ahathinking’s products and services and licensed to sell our products. Many of our team are experienced Executive Coaches.
