Coach: helping others achieve programme®

Programme structure
Our Coach programme is a modular learning programme. The ideal audience for the programme is any Individual who has the responsibility for leading a Team. The programme has been successfully conducted with both very senior and very new Leaders. The programme can be constructed to meet the needs and constraints of the audience, ranging from 1 hour blocks through to a full 2-day programme. The programme is constructed around four Modules: The Business Case; Getting Started; from the inside, out and; Focussing on others. The programme is supported by a large library of skill practice scenarios.

Materials
Participant kits consist of a binder containing the four Modules and a Discussion Planner Pad as well as Memory stimulating flash cards.

Facilitator kits consist of the participant materials plus a full Instruction binder and Wall charts in a handy facilitator’s bag.

Accreditation
A comprehensive 2 day accreditation programme is available to those Individuals who wish to conduct the Coach programme in-house with internal resources. The accreditation programmes are available throughout the year approximately every eight weeks.

Coach 360 survey

The Coach 360 survey is an online survey. The survey is competency based to capture data about an Individual’s coaching skills from those with whom they work closely. The survey is simple to use and provides vital information to Individuals to help them improve their skills. The survey can be conducted at any time during the course of the Coach programme.

Achieve: the executive coaching programme®

Programme structure
The Achieve programme is a workbook and journal. The Coach leads the Coachee through a structured programme using the workbook as a Guide. The Coachee completes both their Journal and their workbook between Coaching sessions which builds personal responsibility for learning and ensures momentum is maintained.

Accreditation
A one day accreditation programme is available to experienced Coaches who wish to use Achieve themselves in-house or use Achieve with their Clients.
